This Policy forms part of the User Agreement for Sun State (also known as SunCity Mobile). The data controller is KAIF GAMES - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our website is suncitymobile.com.

This Policy explains how we process personal data when you download, install, register for or use Sun State and its website. Where consent is required, it is requested separately; using the service does not replace that consent.

Deleting personal data in the Google Play app

To request deletion of data associated with Sun State (com.suncity.game), email [email protected]. Include enough information to identify your account. We may request information necessary to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

Purposes of processing user data

We process data when you register on our website or game servers, participate in events and competitions, use game features, make payments or contact support. The purposes include:

• Managing accounts, providing access to game features and enabling interaction between players.
• Operating, developing and improving the game and website.
• Providing support and communicating service information, events and updates.
• Processing and confirming payments and delivering purchased City-Coin packs and other virtual benefits.
• Detecting, preventing and investigating breaches of the User Agreement and game rules, fraud, exploitation of bugs, unauthorized software and other abuse.
• Maintaining records of game actions, transactions and sessions, identifying links between accounts and applying account measures.
• Protecting our rights and those of other users, handling complaints and disputes, and cooperating with payment providers and app stores regarding disputed transactions, refunds and chargebacks.

Data we collect

Account and payment information

• Name, character nickname and user ID or login.
• Email address and information provided to support.
• Selected server, purchased product, transaction identifiers, payment amount and currency, payment status, and refund or chargeback history.

For website top-ups, we process the recipient's server and nickname, the contact email and order information. Card details are entered with Aghanim or its payment partners, rather than in the Sun State top-up form.

Technical and game information

• Device identifiers (including HWID), operating system version, device type and time zone.
• IP address and available geolocation information.
• Game activity, website usage, session records and logs of game actions, virtual transactions, credits and deductions.
• Anti-fraud and automation-detection information.
• Links between accounts inferred from device identifiers, network addresses, payment-related identifiers available to us and game transactions.

Data storage and use

We retain data while providing the service and for the period needed to meet applicable legal obligations and protect legitimate rights. Game and transaction logs, violation records and account measures may need to be retained after an account is deleted to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Retention is limited to what is necessary and legally permitted; this Policy does not establish an unconditional minimum retention period for every user.

Legal grounds for processing

For users in Brazil, processing is based, as applicable, on performance of the user contract, compliance with legal obligations, exercise of rights in proceedings, legitimate interests subject to the user's rights, or consent where required under the LGPD. We use only data necessary for the stated purpose.

Sharing and international processing

We may share necessary data with providers involved in operating the service, Aghanim and its payment partners for website payments, app stores for their purchases, and authorities where legally required. Relevant information may also be used to establish or defend rights in disputes. This includes order and account identifiers needed to confirm payments, deliver purchases and investigate fraud.

Our operator is based in the United Arab Emirates. Processing or transfers outside Brazil must follow the safeguards and requirements applicable to international data transfers. Data sharing is limited to the purposes described in this Policy.

Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability where applicable, or deletion, anonymization or blocking of data. Children and adolescents

Use by minors and payments require the involvement of a parent or legal guardian as described in the User Agreement. Processing of children's and adolescents' data must respect their best interests and applicable consent requirements. User responsibility

Provide accurate information, keep it up to date and protect your account credentials. Do not send passwords or complete card details to support.
