Offer and License Agreement

This Agreement governs Sun State (also known as SunCity Mobile). By accepting it during registration, accessing the game or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

License Agreement

The parties are you, the User, and KAIF GAMES - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the Operator. The game is made available under a limited, non-exclusive license.

Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement covers use of the game and the provision and use of virtual in-game benefits, including City-Coin (CC), bonuses, items and other game features.

Status of virtual objects

City-Coin, bonuses, items, characters, resources, in-game balances, achievements, attributes, rankings and other gameplay results are elements of the game software. Rights in the game and its elements belong to the Operator or their respective rights holders.
Virtual objects are not real money, electronic money, securities or a claim to cash payment from the Operator. Receiving an object does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the corresponding feature within the game, subject to this Agreement and the operation of the service. That right may be restricted or revoked on the grounds described here, subject to applicable law.
Virtual objects have no cash redemption value outside the game. They may not be sold, pledged or transferred outside authorized game mechanisms. Pack pricing determines in-game delivery only.
Paid objects are those delivered against a completed, non-refunded payment. Bonus objects are free promotional credits, event rewards, gifts, compensation or other benefits beyond the paid quantity.
Free bonus objects may be changed, limited or cancelled according to their offer conditions and this Agreement, subject to mandatory user rights.

Rights and obligations of the User

You must provide accurate account and payment information, keep credentials secure, follow the game rules, respect third-party rights and comply with applicable law. You may use legitimately acquired virtual benefits, receive bonuses when their conditions are met, and contact support to resolve issues.

Rights and obligations of the Operator

The Operator provides access to the game and purchased benefits, protects personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, and makes current pack prices, promotions and bonuses available before purchase.

Subject to this Agreement and applicable law, the Operator may update game rules and terms, restrict accounts for violations, cancel improperly obtained virtual objects and their proceeds, restore account state to before a violation, and apply appropriate measures to accounts linked to the abuse. Links may be assessed using device, network, payment-related and game transaction information.

Misuse of the game

You must not:

Exploit bugs, failures, vulnerabilities or unintended mechanics, including errors in credits, duplication, exchanges, crafting, rewards or payments.
Continue exploiting or conceal a discovered bug. Report it to support promptly.
Use unauthorized software, bots, automation, modified clients, intercepted or altered traffic, or simulated or forged payments to gain an advantage.
Buy, sell or transfer accounts or virtual objects outside authorized game mechanisms, including for real money.
Use multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or move improperly obtained objects between accounts.
Abuse payment disputes, chargebacks or refunds to retain benefits without valid payment. This does not prohibit a legitimate dispute, refund request or exercise of a statutory right.

Use by minors and payments

If you are under 18, use of the game, acceptance of this Agreement and purchases require prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, together with compliance with the game's age restrictions and applicable law.

When paying, you confirm that you are an adult or have the required permission, and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Parents and guardians should supervise access to accounts, devices and payment methods.

Payment of an order

Website top-ups are processed through Aghanim in Brazilian reais (BRL). Available methods and any order expiry are shown during checkout. Purchases inside an app store follow that store's checkout and payment rules.

For a website purchase, select the correct server and character nickname and provide a valid contact email. The recipient is identified using game records. Review the pack quantity and price before continuing. If the catalog price changes, the order must be reviewed again. Website coin-pack purchases are one-time purchases.

Delivery of purchased benefits and bonuses

Delivery follows confirmation of a successful payment, subject to processing time. The Operator's transaction records are used to match the payment with the recipient and the selected product. Applicable bonuses and multipliers are those displayed for the purchase. If delivery has not occurred within one business day after confirmation, contact support with the order details.

Payer's obligations

The payer must be authorized to use the payment method, supply accurate recipient information and reasonably assist with verification of disputed or suspicious payments. Provide only information necessary for the request through the appropriate support or payment-provider channel. Responsibility for losses is determined under applicable law.

Consequences of violations and reversal of credits

Objects obtained by exploiting a violation are not validly acquired under this Agreement. The Operator may restore the state that existed before the violation.
Remedial measures may include cancelling improper credits; removing objects bought, exchanged, upgraded or created using those credits; reversing affected trades, transfers, rewards, rankings and prizes; and restoring the state of the account and accounts involved in the abuse.
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the Operator may restrict game features, reset affected balances, temporarily or permanently block involved accounts, or prevent attempts to evade a block through new accounts.
Improperly obtained objects may be traced and reversed after being transferred to another account. A transfer does not by itself validate their origin. Account sanctions should reflect the evidence and circumstances of the violation.
If the affected credits have already been spent, an equivalent amount may be deducted from the current in-game balance, including a negative game balance where permitted by law. Later credits, including purchases, may offset that balance. This is an in-game accounting adjustment, not a separate automatic charge to a payment method.
When a payment is refunded or reversed through Aghanim, an app store or a payment dispute, the benefits delivered for that payment and attributable bonuses may be removed. Repeated or substantial fraudulent refund activity may result in account restrictions. A lawful refund request alone is not fraud.
Corrective measures may be combined where justified. Invalid or improperly obtained objects do not create an entitlement to compensation for time, effort or expected gameplay benefits. Mandatory refund, compensation and other legal rights remain unaffected.

Detection of violations and review

The Operator investigates using server logs, game actions and transaction records, anti-fraud systems, telemetry and device information.
These records are a primary operational source for assessing gameplay, balances and transactions, without excluding contrary evidence or statutory rights to challenge a decision.
Detection thresholds, security methods and technical details that could help bypass controls may remain confidential, subject to required legal disclosures.
The User will be informed of account measures and the general category of violation through the game, support or account contact information.
Measures may take effect immediately when necessary to protect the service. A support appeal does not automatically suspend them. Users may submit relevant evidence for review, and requests are handled within applicable legal time limits.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits resulting from gameplay. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

City-Coin packs, prices and promotions

Sun State uses City-Coin (CC). Website pack prices are shown in BRL (R$) and come from the Sun State catalog. There is no fixed promise that one real or one US dollar equals one City-Coin.

The selected pack specifies its coin quantity, price and any applicable bonus or multiplier before payment. Promotions may change the offer for future purchases; they do not change the confirmed terms of an existing order. City-Coin cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refund policy

Virtual benefits are delivered when credited to the intended game account. For missing, incorrect or disputed delivery, contact [email protected] with the recipient and order details.

Once purchased virtual benefits have been correctly credited, Sun State does not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law or the binding rules of the payment channel. This does not exclude remedies for unauthorized charges, non-delivery, incorrect delivery or other legally protected claims.

Refunds and cancellations are assessed under applicable consumer law and the relevant payment channel's rules. Crediting or using virtual objects does not override a mandatory right to cancellation or refund. Where Brazilian law applies, statutory withdrawal rights for qualifying remote purchases remain available, including the applicable seven-day period.

Benefits attributable to a refunded or reversed purchase may be removed as described below. Purchases through app stores are additionally subject to that store's refund procedure. The correction of invalid credits does not itself create a cash entitlement, without prejudice to mandatory legal remedies.

Spent, transferred or sold benefits

When a payment is refunded or reversed, Sun State may revoke the City-Coin credited for that payment and its associated bonuses. If those coins have been spent, the correction may extend to attributable items, upgrades or other benefits, and identifiable in-game proceeds from their sale or exchange. For example, if refunded CC were used to buy a vehicle that was then sold, the correction may recover the vehicle or its attributable in-game sale proceeds.
Giving an item to another player, transferring it to another account, selling it or converting it into another game asset does not by itself prevent reversal. Records may be reviewed to trace the affected benefits. Transfers through legitimate gameplay do not by themselves prove that the recipient participated in abuse; disputed corrections are subject to review.
Where direct recovery is not possible, an equivalent in-game adjustment may be applied to the purchasing account, including a negative game balance where legally permitted. Any recovery must account for amounts or objects already removed, so the same benefit is not recovered twice. This adjustment is not a separate cash debt or authorization to charge the payment method.
If the refunded benefits cannot be recovered or the resulting balance cannot be reconciled, Sun State may temporarily restrict transfers, trading or other affected game functions, or suspend the account where necessary and proportionate, pending review and resolution. The user will be informed of the reason and may contact support to challenge the calculation or provide evidence.
A permanent account ban may be imposed following review where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, repeated abusive refund activity or deliberate transfers or sales intended to defeat recovery. Inability to recover an item, a legitimate sale or gift before a refund, or exercise of a lawful refund right does not alone establish misconduct or automatically justify a permanent ban.
These measures must not be used to prevent or delay a mandatory refund, force a new purchase, or punish the lawful exercise of consumer rights. Any restrictions and proposed resolution remain subject to applicable law.

Payment security

Website payments use Aghanim and its payment partners. Sensitive card information is entered on their payment interface; the Sun State top-up form does not collect complete card details. Sun State processes the account and order information needed for confirmation, delivery and dispute handling. Never share passwords or full card details with game support.

Changes to this Agreement

The current Agreement is published at suncitymobile.com/offer/. The Operator may revise it to reflect changes to the game or service.
Changes will be communicated and take effect in accordance with applicable law. Where notice or renewed acceptance is required, publication alone does not replace it.
Continued use after valid notice and the effective date may indicate acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Previous acceptance is not blanket consent to every future change.
If you do not accept a new version, stop using the service and contact support regarding your account and any rights concerning existing purchases. Updates do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively alter confirmed purchase terms.

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement takes effect upon acceptance and continues until the service or the relevant account relationship ends under its terms and applicable law. Provisions concerning completed transactions, disputes and lawful data retention continue where necessary.
